'Sa Porxada' is located in a unique location on the island and very close to some of the best beaches in Mallorca.
The totality of the estate is exclusively for you, which means that you will have access to the swimming pool, barbecue, garden and to the table football.
One of our favourite places in the house is the porch, which gives its name to the estate: 'Sa Porxada'.
On the farm we have a plantation with over 200 palm trees and a garden with fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, melons, peppers, etc. You can pick them if you're hungry! The whole of the property is used exclusively for you. All its spaces, in particular the garden and the pool, require continuous maintenance so that our guests can enjoy the whole of the estate. These tasks are carried out by a responsible and full confidence person, two or three times per week.

Three marinas, sailing and motor. (10 minutes drive).
Riding school in neighboring farm.
There is a golf course (30 minutes drive).
Local food markets in nearby villages (10 minutes drive).

"Luis und sein Vater haben sich um alles perfekt gekümmert. Sie waren jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen optimal für Familien die ein wenig ruhe haben wollen fernab vom ganzen Trubel. Trotzdem befinden sich alle wichtigen Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer nähe (10 min mit dem Auto). Sehr schön ist die Gartenanlage mit dem kleinen Gemüse und Obstgarten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Sa Porxada is a marvellous retreat surrounded by farmland and other picturesque fincas. The house itself is modern and spacious with high ceilings and beautifully decorated with antiques and even handmade rustic dishware. There is a separate large room across from the main accommodation with huge sliding glass windows & doors that bring the outside in and lovely breezes. The garden is much like the Garden of Eden with palm trees, fig, avocado, apricot and lemons growing all around. There's even a vegetable patch where you can pick fresh veg. There is also a small pool which is a brilliant.
Sa Porxada is quiet and relaxing, but not far from Campos and Sa Rapita which are both worth a visit. The stars at night are magnificent, and the sunsets memorable. We hope to return in future years with our grandchildren! This place is better than advertised. Thank you for a great stay."

""We stayed there with our 3 children last summer and loved it! It was spacious and super relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen, private (fenced) pool and a lovely free standing porch with a foosball table game for the kids. It's only a 10-minute drive to Es Trenc Beach and Campos, where there are a number of grocery stores, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. Right next to the house there is also great walking trail that leads to a local nature reserve. The finca is so beautiful and serene and the large glassed-in porch was one of our favorite features besides the pool. The house is decorated in a rustic, authentic Mallorquín style, but with modern touches like skylights and all the comforts we wanted/needed - washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning for when it got really hot, etc. Our host was also super friendly and spoke perfect English, which is always a bonus for me. We will return this year as well! Highly recommended.""

"La casa cumple con las expectativas del anuncio. En todas las habitaciones hay aire acondicionado que se agradece mucho cuando más aprieta el calor. La zona de la piscina es perfecta para relajarte después de un día de playa. En la cocina había todo lo necesario para cocinar. El anfitrión ha estado en todo momento disponible para cualquier duda o problema que pudiera surgir, y a sido muy amable al dejarnos una cesta con hortalizas de su huerto para nuestro uso. La localización de la casa es perfecta, a unos 30 minutos de Palma, pero esta cerca de muchas de las playas que nos recomendaron que visitáramos en nuestros días en Mallorca, como cala llombards, cala mondrago o las piscinas naturales en cala egos. Si vuelvo a Mallorca sin duda volvería a esta casa ya que ha mejorado nuestros días en la isla. La recomiendo al 100%."

"Nuestra estancia en Sa Porxada en Agosto de 2016 ha sido fantástica. La casa es una típica construcción mallorquina con todo el encanto de vivir en el campo pero con las máximas comodidades, y a 5 minutos en coche tanto de playas maravillosas (es trenc, sa rapita), como de pueblos con todos los servicios (Campos).
La vivienda es comodísima, con todos los servicios necesarios (aire aconcidionado, secador, batidora, todos los electrodomésticos...). Está perfectamente mantenida. La piscina , los exteriores, el cuarto de juegos con un estupendo futbolín, han hecho nuestra estancia inolvidable.
Los dueños de la vivienda son excelentes y atentísimos. Estuvieron pendientes previamente a nuestra llegada dando todo tipo de indicaciones para poder acomodarnos, atendieron nuestras dudas durante la estancia y respondían de inmediato a cualquier sugerencia.
Además, la finca cuenta con un huerto ecológico y hasta ¡nos animaron a probar lo que quisiéramos¡.
Por todo lo anterior, recomendamos totalmente esta vivienda "

""Ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia en un entorno rural y tranquilo pero a un paso de Es Trenc y la Colonia de Sant Jordi. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar (chimenea, aire acondicionado, cuna para bebés) y la cocina está totalmente equipada, no le falta detalle. La zona exterior es una maravilla, tiene una gran zona ajardinada con césped donde tomar el sol, jugar con los niños, etc. Lo mejor de la casa es un porche acristalado con un horno de leña donde puedes hacerte unas estupendas pizzas caseras! También hay una piscina tipo safareig y una babarcoa. En los alrededores hay árboles frutales y un huerto, y los propietarios son súper atentos y hasta te obsequian con algún detalle del huerto. Súper recomendable para unas vacaciones de relax!"

""Hemos pasado 3 semanas inmejorables con nuestros hijos. Sin duda la mejor experiencia rural en Mallorca, entorno tranquilo, piscina de agua salada, instalaciones cuidadas,todo lo necesario en la casa, anfitriones atentos y cercanos... mi hijo pudo coger frutas y verduras de la huerta, hicimos bizcochos con albaricoques recién cogidos del árbol, las comidas en el porche son una delicia, tienen hasta un futbolín... una casa para disfrutar al máximo con la familia.
